Registering trademark in Vietnam, applicant must prepare these required documents:

– Samples of trademark;

– POA (sign only); (download here)

– List of products/service bearing trademark.

Note: A copy POA can be accepted on filing date. Applicants can submit original one within 01 month without fee.
