Contents of Trademark assignment contracts in Vietnam. According to Vietnamese Intellectual property Law, a Trademark assignment contract must have the following principal contents:
- The information of the assignor and the assignee (name and address).
- Assignment bases;
- Assignment price;
- Rights and obligations of the assignor and the assignee.
The assignor is required pay individual income Tax.
