The Required Documents
The following documents are required for filing a new trademark application.
– A simply signed Power of Attorney (POA) including the applicant’s name and address (if you let us know the applicant’s name and address, we would send you a pre-filled POA);
– A clear trademark drawing (jpg file type); and
– A list of the designated goods/services.
